When the sun is out and the air is fresh, I begin to get that feeling that the Q needs to get fired up and a piece of meat needs to meet its destiny. If things go to plan this weekend will see the pig in the middle team working on their stratagy to bring home some ribbons and prize money, this up coming year. Things are begining to take shape on the catering side (Blue collar BBQ catering) and we have been contacted for 4 events already.
